FIRSTCOM | ADVICE AND STRATEGY | CRISIS COMMUNICATION

BLOW, BREATHE, LET'S ACT...

All it takes is a tweet, a line in a decree. From a denunciation, an unexpected strike, an incident on an assembly line.

In short, an often innocuous action which triggers a brutal cascade of catastrophic consequences, often amplified at the speed of light by social networks and the web in general.

Unless you are operating in a sensitive sector, a crisis cannot be foreseen, even if it can be anticipated.

As part of its traditional activity, Firstcom has been asked on several occasions to support managers in the crises their companies are going through. Our bias, focused on transparency and action, has made it possible to identify a pro-active strategy and ensure its operational implementation online and offline, in order to offer clear answers and restore the company's image.

FIRSTCOM CAN SUPPORT YOU ON TWO TYPES OF MISSION

01

DEFINITION OF A STRATEGY

In an emergency situation, the main thing is to take time. And a lot of height. Once your crisis unit is set up (with at least all your C-levels), we take an independent and unaffected look at your problem and sift through the different options that can be activated. Favoring transparency, humility and common sense, we support you through workshops in the construction of your crisis strategy, the implementation of the response to its tone, its planning, its possible counter-fires, etc. No miracle recipe, but common sense, rigor, expertise and a vast knowledge of the business to get your head above water together.

02

FORMATTING AND OPERATIONAL DEPLOYMENT ONLINE AND OFFLINE

Once the strategy has been adopted, it is a matter of putting it into shape. Check that all your digital tools, website or social networks, are up to date. Choose to write the most skillful, technical and precise content possible, or promote your response with a video, motion design or image. Activate the appropriate online and offline levers to make the response as visible as possible to the desired targets. And of course, managing comments, updates, fallouts, etc.

WE WOULD NOT DARE WISH YOU TO EXPERIENCE A CRISIS, BUT IF NEVER... SHOULD WE TALK ABOUT IT?
